"A success beyond our expectations" declared Fabiola Lopez Rivera, President of the FXC Mexican Federation talking of the 1st FXC - Fireball Extreme Challenge™ Beach Tournament which took place on Saturday, July 27th at the Playa Bicentenario in Boca del Rio, Veracruz (Mexico). Teams from the states of Veracruz and Michoacán met in Boca del Rio during the celebration of the Santa Ana Festival 2019 and competed for over 10 hours with over 35C, under a scorching sun, entertaining the audience and attracting the attention of athletes from different disciplines.
The tournament was won by the Capitanes de Xalapa with 503 points. At second and third place the Capitanes de Boca del Rio and the Krakens with respectively 284 and 250 points. Los Capitanes confirmed to be the team to beat. Will they extend their winning streak and win the FXC National Championship in November?
